The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, but noise from the AC units on the west wall can be bothersome. The service is a mix of helpfulness, with some staff being more service-oriented than others. The location is convenient for airport access and has nice boutique shops and restaurants. The dining experience varies with some disappointments in breakfast choices. Overall, the facilities are decent, but improvements could be made.
The hotel is like a little mall with a few great restaurants, in a lovely suburb close to the football training fields. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and equipped with required facilities, but it was so warm that it took quite some time to cool down. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The dining options are basic but sufficient, though starting at 9 AM may be late for an airport hotel. The location is excellent, and the overall experience was great.
Staying at this hotel was truly a delight! The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a large ensuite bathroom, lovely beds, good air conditioner, and very friendly staff. Although the dining experience was a bit of a drawback with a partner restaurant opening late, the location in the lovely shopping forum was perfect for those needing quick airport access. The service was top-notch, especially with the proactive and helpful staff members.
